Tri States Wrestling Recap – April 11 & 12, 2025
Spring Break Brawl & Wrestling in Jameson II
April 11 – Spring Break Brawl
TSW kicked off the spring with explosive action and chaos in equal measure.
Jeremy Wyatt, one half of the TSW Tag Team Champions, opened the night with a decisive victory over rising star Xac Abstrct, reminding everyone why he’s among the most dangerous men on the roster.
Things got tense when Atlas Armstrong, Bennett James, and The Iceman all collided in the ring, each staking their claim to the TSW Championship. The ring couldn't contain the egos or the ambition
SyKawtic was victorious in his match.
Atlas earned his shot—defeating El Diablo in a brutal #1 contender match that guarantees him a title shot at Mayhem in Mooresville IV on August 23rd. The victory didn’t come easy, with interference from both Bennett James and The Iceman nearly costing him the match. But the Outlaw King of Missouri rose above the chaos.
In tag action, Bad Medicine (Miranda Gordy & Dr. Isin) took down The Main Attraction (Calvin Aldridge & Tobias Storm), thanks to Wyatt delivering a sickening piledriver to Storm on a steel chair while the referee was knocked out. Dr. Isin capitalized with a top-rope elbow to secure the pin.
The main event was Outlaw Madness. The TSW Champion The Iceman defended against Missouri Champion Bennett James under "Outlaw Rules"—where James could only lose by pin or submission, but Iceman could lose the title by DQ or count-out. What followed was chaos: James low-blowed ref CJP, accidentally knocked out Ref Erin with the title, and Iceman hit a low blow and a German suplex. But too exhausted to bridge, both men were pinned, resulting in a double pinfall draw. Iceman barely retained. Controversy? Absolutely.
April 12 – Wrestling in Jameson II
The fallout from Spring Break Brawl spilled into Jameson with more twists and a huge title change.
Wyatt and Wrex gloated about Wyatt taking out Tobias Storm. With Storm injured, Aldridge scrambled for a replacement—James Moore. But the clock ran out. Still, Wyatt offered Moore a chance: beat Wrex Amadeus one-on-one. Just when Moore was about to hit the 450 splash, Wyatt interfered, getting Wrex disqualified. They beat down Moore and Aldridge, leaving the tag team title match scheduled, but making people wonder about if it would even occur.
Next, Jayden Dominic Rose (JDR) arrived to claim his TSW title shot. Bennett James interrupted, furious over being “robbed” the night before. Iceman joined the mix, saying JDR had earned his shot—but he was happy to fight James after. JDR had other ideas: “You both have belts. I want ‘em both.” So, two back-to-back triple threats were set; with Outlaw Rules so that JDR and Iceman could be DQed if they did anything illegal to James and James would become champion if he won by DQ!
Missouri Championship: Bennett James pinned Iceman to regain the title after JDR delivered a vicious knee to Iceman! James hit a low blow (legal for him)
TSW Championship: The Iceman retained, pinning James after a low blow—with Ref Erin watching and doing nothing. Payback? Collusion? The plot thickens.
Dr. Isin picked up a win over current midwest dominator Camaro Jackson, thanks to a crutch shot—classic Dr Isin shenanigans.
In the main event, the crowd finally got their moment. The Main Attraction (Aldridge & Moore) took on Wyatt and Wrex for the TSW Tag Team Championships. After a misfired chair shot from Wyatt rebounded into his own face, Moore soared with a 450 splash, scoring the 1-2-3 and ending the duo’s massive 358-day reign. The crowd erupted.
Final Thoughts:
Two nights. Absolute mayhem. The championship picture is now more chaotic than ever. Atlas has his title shot locked in.
Bennett James has his Missouri title but still has not been able to get the TSW Championship and now he has a major grudge with both Atlas and Iceman brewing.
And The Iceman? He's still champ… but controversy follows his every step after this weekend.
And for the first time in almost a year, new tag champs stand tall.
The Main Attraction has arrived.
What’s next for Tri States Wrestling? After this weekend, absolutely anything.

The Iceman's story ends!
September 28th, 2024. At 5:00pm the doors to the Chillicothe Middle School Gym opened, and by 6:30pm The Iceman was laying beaten down by his rival Dr Isin! Referee Chris Ward set the match as a Chillicothe Street Fight!

Tobias Storm and Jay Howard leveled the playing field, and by the end The Iceman stood tall with the belt he had lost 400 days prior just 19.8 miles down the road.
TSW: Mayhem in Mooresville III
Over 150 people packed the streets of Mooresville Missouri for the 3rd straight year! The crowd was screaming, and the wrestling was intense!
Luke Langley defeated Wrex Amadeus to make the TSW Tag Title Match in the Main Event a No Time Limit match! Afterwards it was revealed he did have a partner after all, none other than ROH/CZW/AEW Legend himself MIKE SYDAL!
The Iceman won a brutal #1 Contenders gauntlet, winning 3 straight matches! He defeated Charlie Graham, CJP, and Atlas Armstrong to secure a title match on September 28th in his hometown of Chillicothe Missouri! Atlas Armstrong also picked up two wins in that gauntlet!
Dr Isin retained his TSW Championship, defeating Hardluck Hal in a hard hitting matchup! Isin is now the longest reigning TSW Champion and if he retains on September 7th in St Joseph, MO will also have the most title defenses!
Jeremy Wyatt & Wrex Amadeus retained their TSW Tag Team Titles over Luke Langley & Mike Sydal! A table got broke, a bank got ran into, and a title belt got involved! Ultimately Wrex kicked out of the move that did him in earlier, the Diamond DVD, and Wyatt was able to outwit the Yoga Masters and Wrex pinned Langley 1-2-3!

June 8th over 200 people flocked to Mooresville Missouri of the 2nd annual Mayhem in Mooresville!
It started with two wrestlers making their TSW debut, as Salem Gust took on Johnnie Jo Williams! Johnnie Jo tried to show heart, but unfortunately screaming and throwing forearms was not the kryptonite of his opponent as the 317lb 6'3" Salem Gust slammed him 5 times and pinned him with ease.
Salem Gust kept slamming Jo, so Fajita Taker and Bobby Jo ran out to make the save, but Salem Gust slammed Fajita and Bobby Jo, taking them both out. And here came 6'1 390lb Bert Candy! The two had a stare down before Salem blinked first, and TSW Senior Official on this night Chris Ward made that match official for the main event!
